Jamais Tranquilles, 2024-2026

Vidéos, performances, ceramics, fabric and mixed media created during Orange Rouge residency, carried out in the ULIS classroom at Collège Beausoleil, Chelles.
Installation presented at Magasins Généraux (Pantin, France), currently among the collective exhibition Doubles Noeuds.

« A group of teenagers welcomes a hyperactive artist who bombards them with proposals. At first curious, they eventually feel the need to say: “ That’s enough—you’re exhausting us! ”

Out of this friction, new forms emerge: adult-repelling scarecrows that combine vernacular gestures, punk inflections, and niche references known only to middle-school students. Hoping that the avatars of laid-back students might ultimately drive away a cyclonic artist, the students stand guard. »
